Changeset:

- Charge skills (gladiator, tyrant) damage has been change to match gracia final/epilogue
- Formula that determines stun break has been changed to more balanced-feel (no more perma stun pvp), based on retail experience
- Apiga spoils in HoE has been increased
- Fixed a huge exploit in class transfer
- New class transfer windows
- Another try to fix Pride of Kamael
- Stabs(Blows) will no longer check resist of attacker, but of target
- Fixed minion stacking in EF
- Apiga price changes: Elemental stones now cost 30a/piece, lowered price of EWS, EAS, enchant books price increased a little. (Elemental stones are dropped in all high level areas, enchant books from RB)
- Three new spawn positions for zombies in Borderland fortress arena

Note: We've decided not to add CTL trader to Marcus for now, it will be added there at Sunday for one week.
